A Healthy Shape

A better measure [than BMI] of whether your shape is healthy is the amount of flesh around your waist compared to your hips.

A bit too much of a good thing… not to mention an unhealthy head deficiency.
If you have been through puberty and your waist is bigger than your hips, you may be in need of some exercise. (Or you may be five months pregnant, I can’t tell from here.)
